My role as a Mindset and Performance Coach is to identify where you are, then map a path to where you want to be.
In order to achieve this, I must educate on foundational principles, which allows us to adapt the tools and methods required to take you from here to there.
That path will be different for each unique individual. This is a collaboration. It requires not only your participation, but your active input.

My History
I have made the same mistakes you have. I’ve wasted lots of money on worthless supplements. I’ve spent many years training in a manner that I was less than optimal for what I wanted to achieve…simply because that’s all the information I had, and I didn’t know any better. I’ve been frustrated when all the hard work I had put in, showed up as the most minor GAINZ…or was actually detrimental to my performance.
I recall thinking I had gone through a really good leg session in the gym, until I was on patrol in the mountains of Afghanistan the next day carrying upwards of 50 kilograms of specialist equipment, at altitude. Not suitable for the circumstances. Not sustainable for living my best life. I had to figure out a better way.
That was in 2010. Fast forward to the back end of 2011. I had been selected to represent Australia in a Defence Force Rugby World Cup.
One of our team members was a Strength and Conditioning Coach working with an Australian professional rugby team in the Southern Hemisphere’s Super Rugby Competition. I learned from him periodization.
I learned about how to manipulate the variables in the gym to increase strength, build muscle, develop power, improve speed, and to optimize endurance and conditioning. We had a good tournament and played in the final against the British Army.
The following year, I was the Co-Captain of my local rugby team, which won the competition for the third successive season, undefeated.
I was awarded the Eric Johnstone Medal for the “Best and Fairest” player in the competition.
I went on to Captain two states of Australia in both National and International competition, as well as represent the Australian Army in an International Defense Rugby 7’s competition in the United States.
In 2012, I embarked on my coaching journey after discharging from the Australian Army as a highly decorated Sniper with 3 deployments over 6 years.
That Strength and Conditioning Coach had found a spark in me that I didn’t know existed. Within 2 years of implementing what that coach taught me, my performance at work, in the gym, on the battlefield and the rugby paddock improved dramatically…as did my physique.
Fast forward to now, and I have worked with dozens of professional fighters at the highest level of their careers, as well as hundreds of personal training clients.
I also have a wealth of experience working with thousands of people in a group environment at the world-renowned Tiger Muay Thai, where I served as the head strength and conditioning coach while running the fitness department.
Tiger Muay Thai was voted the best destination gym in Asia in 2018.
